Notice for Our U.S. Customers――De Minimis treatment

Notice to Our U.S. Customers

Japan Post has announced that, due to new U.S. government regulations, all duty-free treatment (de minimis) for imports will end on August 29, 2025.
This means that customs duties may apply to all items shipped to the U.S.

Because the new rules are unclear, Japan Post will suspend shipments to the U.S. starting August 27, 2025 (small packets, parcels, and EMS with goods).
Japan Post’s announcement is here.

Our store is preparing an alternative shipping method so we can continue sending orders to the U.S. Orders placed from today may take longer to ship, and we kindly ask for your understanding.
Depending on the alternative shipping method:

・Additional shipping costs may apply. For items currently listed as “free shipping,” we may need to charge shipping separately.
・At this time, we cannot confirm how long delivery will take.

Therefore, we kindly ask that you contact us in advance before placing your order.

We will update you as soon as we have more information.

To Our Valued U.S. Customers Who Recently Placed an Order

All orders placed on or before August 25, 2025 have already been shipped, and Japan Post is currently accepting parcels to the U.S.

However, we have been informed by Japan Post that deliveries may take longer than usual. This is due to confusion among shipping companies and customs authorities about how to follow the new rules recently announced by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).

We are truly sorry for any delays this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding.
