This bonsai pot was made by Eimei, the Japanese bonsai potter, and produced by YUKIMONO.
He is one of the most famous bonsai potter in Tokoname, Japan and the second generation in a family of potters.
The bonsai pot in purple glaze with fine crystals is one of his masterpieces. This pot has undergone a transformation of the traditional lotus shape known as "Mokkou." While it is generally oval, it features gentle curves on the sides, giving bonsai a softer and more elegant impression.
