This bonsai pot was made by Eimei, the Japanese bonsai potter, and produced by YUKIMONO.
He is one of the most famous bonsai potter in Tokoname, Japan and the second generation in a family of potters.
The bonsai pot, glazed in navy with fine crystals, has been created by his challenge this year and can be said to be one of his masterpieces.
If it were me, I would match this pot with a deciduous tree that has delicate branches and beautiful trunk curves. Matching a young tree, which hasn't been cultivated for many years as bonsai, with this pot seems to inexplicably elevate its elegance.
